Let's see if I can make this work...

Okay, so my thought here is that I'm going to take you all on the journey with me step-by-step as I design and decorate my vacation home.  The really fun part, at least I think it's fun, while most everyone else thinks it's crazy, is that I'm doing it by myself...as a single mother, on a teensy budget, and in a foreign country.  What can I say? I like a challenge. 

So join me for the ups-and-downs and ins-and-outs of owning a vacation home in Costa Rica.  Hey, maybe when I'm done you'll actually want to vacation there! ;)  Every now and then I'll even throw in a DIY I've done here at home, or a recipe from Pinterest that my guy drooled over and my kids actually ate.
